As a Cybersecurity Systems Virtualization Infrastructure Operations Specialist at Duncan & Ross, you will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining server virtualization infrastructure and architecture.
- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement virtualization infrastructure and architecture to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Virtual Machine Management: Build, configure, and deploy virtual machines and templates, and fine-tune their configurations for optimal performance and resource consumption.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Detect and resolve virtual machine issues, and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and documentation.
- Security and Compliance: Administer accounts, network rights, and access to OT/ICS Cybersecurity systems and equipment, and maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies and operational standards.
- Incident Response: Troubleshoot complex issues, document incident resolution, and assist and support OT/ICS systems custodians to apply baseline system security.
- Site Visits: Perform related cybersecurity activities at client sites.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in information security and ISMS/CSMS development and implementation, with at least 5 years of experience in IT/OT Cybersecurity consultancy/operation, preferably in the oil and gas domain.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience with security frameworks and standards.
- Certifications: Professional security certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISMCISA, ISA 62443 fundamentals, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
