- Assist in identifying and sourcing investment opportunities within climate-centric projects across global emerging markets.
- Enhance and cultivate strategic partnerships to promote future investment initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive mapping exercises to formulate strategies targeting investments that yield the greatest impact and address pressing needs.
- Support the preparation and presentation of investment proposals to the investment committee and board.
- Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services such as private equity, investment banking, or project finance, particularly in emerging markets.
- Thorough understanding of the climate or energy sectors, including awareness of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and significant challenges and opportunities.
- Familiarity with financial instruments utilized by development finance institutions and multilateral development banks.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships, and foster effective partnerships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
