Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field: A bachelor's degree in law, business administration, quality management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CCO, CGEIT, Six Sigma Quality Auditor) are preferred.
- Minimum 7 Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, governance, and quality management roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ISO implementation in the UAE.
- Proven Experience in Six Sigma Methodologies: Proven experience in Six Sigma methodologies and quality auditing.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Abilities: Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and drive change.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Quality Auditor: Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Quality Auditor.
- Experience in Managing Compliance and Governance: Experience in managing compliance and governance across multiple industries.
