Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Supervise daily cash positions and execute fund transfers to designated accounts.
  • Interbank Transactions: Administer transactions through banking platforms efficiently.
  • Cash Flow Reporting: Generate weekly and bi-weekly cash flow analyses and forecasts.
  • Fixed Deposits: Manage fixed deposit processes and prepare monthly cash flow summaries.
  • Project Funding: Allocate resources to projects in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Foreign Exchange Monitoring: Oversee foreign exchange dealings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely financial transactions.
  • Reporting: Create cash flow reports for projects and entities as required by management information systems.
  • Liquidity Assistance: Support management with insights on liquidity status.
Escrow Account Management
  • Liquidity Oversight: Manage liquidity levels and process equity contributions from developers.
  • Financial Review: Analyze financial data and facilitate profit withdrawals.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and manage retention transfers.
  • Trustee Coordination: Liaise with account trustees for payment processing and account setup.
  • Profit Tracking: Update TAS with profit receipts accurately.
Oracle Cash Management
  • Bank Account Management: Oversee bank accounts and ensure timely uploading of MT940 statements.
  • Transaction Configuration: Update transaction codes and manage sweeps effectively.
  • Interbank Accounting: Account for interbank transactions, interest, and associated charges.
  • Month-End Closing: Conduct month-end closing procedures and share relevant information with the General Ledger team.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of bank accounts regularly.
Bank Facility Management
  • Repayment Calculations: Calculate interest and principal repayments accurately.
  • Covenant Testing: Assist in the evaluation of financial covenants.
  • Loan Schedule Management: Manage loan schedules and communicate updates with the General Ledger team.
  • Interest Provisions: Handle month-end loan schedules and interest provisions diligently.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary treasury information for audit purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior accounting role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
