**Job Overview**

L'Oréal Middle East is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and understanding payment postings within our automated system and correlating these postings in our ERP (SAP system) as related to Accounts Receivable.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily payment postings and ensure accuracy in our automated system
  • Investigate and resolve payment exceptions in the new automated system
  • Optimize reporting and key performance indicators in the AR function and partner functions of Credit and Deductions
  • Support reconciliation and inquiry processes
  • Provide proactive information related to risks and support action items to mitigate such risks
  • Participate in customer-specific reviews and supply chain discussions to reduce delays and business interruption

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • At least 1-3 years related work experience in a consumer product-related corporate environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving solutions delivered
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Familiarity with SAP A/R postings
