Emiratized Credit Management Lead

The purpose of this role is to prepare, review, and provide recommendations for credit facilities for a portfolio of CIB Corporate clients. This includes compliance with all credit policies and guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:- Credit Processing: Ensure timely preparation and submission of Credit Applications, conduct necessary client visits and due diligence in coordination with the coverage team.
- Client Liaison: Coordinate with Relationship Managers well in advance of annual reviews to obtain necessary information from borrowers.
- Turnaround Times: Ensure credit processing and approval turnaround times meet agreed Service Level Agreements with CIB.
- Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts regularly and follow up with Business Units on terms and conditions to ensure compliance with approval conditions.
- Risk Identification: Identify potential problem accounts and liaise with Business Units to ensure suitable action plans are in place.
