Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System Development: Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Quality Review: Support the Project Quality Management Review process to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Quality KPIs and Reporting: Monitor project quality KPIs and report on project quality performance to stakeholders.
  • Incident Investigations: Participate in quality incident and failure investigations (RCAs) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Lessons Learned and Quality Alerts: Collate lessons learned and quality alerts and disseminate them to quality networks and project communities.
  • Mitigation Actions: Develop and manage mitigation actions required for lessons learned and flaws.
  • Audit and Review Program: Develop and implement an audit and review program, including vendor, construction, and module fabricator assessments, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Audits and Assessments: Conduct quality audits and assessments, including evaluating the effectiveness of system implementation.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification: Possess a CQI/IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control.
  • Certifications: CQI/IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
