About the Role

Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for a diverse range of platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features, leveraging your expertise in mobile development to drive innovation.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, conducting thorough testing to identify and address bugs and other issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and web services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to define and implement APIs, driving integration and data exchange between systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the development process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in Mobile Application development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and proficiency in Android, iOS, Java, Objective-C, and Swift, with a deep understanding of mobile development principles and best practices.
  • Experience using RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking, with a strong focus on performance and security.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture) and the ability to choose the best solution for the app, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, from design to deployment.
  • Experience with third-party libraries, payment gateways, and APIs, with a strong focus on integration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications, ensuring timely and effective communication with users.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality and performance, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a strong focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), with a strong focus on collaboration and code management.
  • Experience with performance and memory tuning tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems in a simple and effective way.
