- Stay updated on hotel information and local services to offer informed assistance.
- Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the Opera system.
- Efficiently transport luggage from arrival to departure points.
- Handle messages, mail, and packages with professionalism.
- Promptly deliver morning newspapers and guest messages.
- Ensure the concierge desk and store room are well-organized and clean.
Requirements:
A diploma in hospitality or vocational training is preferred. Good English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
