About the RoleThe Surf & Wake Team Leader plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our surf pool. Key responsibilities include following safety operation plans, providing constructive feedback to instructors and lifeguards, and ensuring staff development in learning new skills and roles.

Qualifications and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will require a high school graduate diploma from a recognized university, as well as relevant experience working as a competent surf instructor or lifeguard in a team leader role. You should also have up-to-date certifications in ODC beach Lifeguard and ISA level 1 surf Instructor.
