The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion and beauty. They will be responsible for creating benchmarks for turn-around times, leading Operations Associates in retrieving accurate product descriptions, and educating them on various aspects of retailing.

e-Retailer Support

The Retail Operations Manager will schedule regular catch-ups with e-Retailers, provide support, and address any potential issues. They will also organize calendars for refresher sessions and training on new features and functionalities.

Leadership Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, managing the Operations Associates, setting individual goals, providing direction, and monitoring performance on a monthly basis.
