About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Development Specialist to join our team at Nathan & Nathan. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development landscape of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development Planning: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement customized development plans that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Systems Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Oracle LMS, ensuring seamless integration of development plans and efficient management of learning journeys.
  • Journey Management: Monitor the progress of development journeys, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • External Learning Platforms: Oversee access provisioning and reporting for external learning platforms, ensuring seamless integration with our internal systems.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems and reports, with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
