We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Medbiomate. As a key member of our billing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medical claims processing.
- Working closely with the problem claims and denials team to resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensuring complete coverage of all claims submitted to insurance companies.
- Coordinating with insurance companies to obtain information on new policies and their coverage details.
- Providing support to the billing team in insurance processing and billing tasks.
- Liaising with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation, and other requirements.
- Maintaining and updating records related to pre-approvals and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations within the insurance team.
- Collecting cash and credit card payments from patients as per the system-generated bills.
- Managing float cash and maintaining separate cash floats throughout the day.
- Verifying the accuracy of physical cash balances against system cash balances.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- No less than 3 years of experience in OP and IP Billing in UAE.
- Current residence in Abu Dhabi or willingness to relocate.
- Ability to join immediately or with one month's notice.
