The successful candidate will have a significant impact on ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies, maintaining positive relationships with patients, insurance providers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility for healthcare services.
  2. Billing and Invoicing: Generate and process patient invoices and billing statements accurately.
  3. Insurance Claims Submission: Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  4. Billing Discrepancies Resolution: Review and resolve billing discrepancies or errors with patients, insurance providers, and internal departments.
  5. Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to healthcare regulations.
