Job Summary

We require an experienced Coordinated Project Expert to manage our project logistics and coordinate with stakeholders. This role involves planning and executing project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including mobilization and demobilization schedules.
  • Coordinate with site management contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage time sheets and attendance for all staff, monitoring compliance with rotation policies.
  • Liaise with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of time sheets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project coordination, preferably with ADNOC or similar oil and gas industry projects.
  • Excellent understanding of ADNOC mobilization procedures and UAE labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
