Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investor Relations Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential LPs, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, insurance companies, funds of funds (FOFs) and etc.,.

- Regularly communication with LPs on fund investment strategies, portfolio performance, market trends, and future outlooks to enhance investor confidence and satisfaction.

- Organize and host LP meetings, roadshows, and annual reporting sessions to ensure transparent and efficient communication with LPs.

  1. Fundraising:

- Lead the fundraising activities, developing and executing fundraising plans.

- Prepare fundraising materials, organize roadshows, and conduct the due diligence to meet fundraising targets.

- Establish connections with new investors and foster long-term cooperative relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or above in finance, economics, management, or related fields, with overseas study or work experience preferred.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in venture Capital, private equity, investment banking, or asset management, with a minimum of 5 years focused on fund fundraising and investor relations.
  3. Deep understanding of VC/PE fund operations, familiar with fund fundraising processes and investor relations management strategies. Rich global LP resources and successful fundraising experience.
