We are seeking dynamic and motivate Experienced Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. As a Real Estate Agent at Parramatta Real Estate, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting clients in buying, selling.
- Providing expert advice on the Dubai real estate market and off-plan properties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Conducting property viewings and presentations.
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle not mandatory.
- RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Arabic Speakers and multi language

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of real estate regulations /Freshers also
- Customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
- Sales skills and experience in closing real estate deals
- Knowledge of real property and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in real estate

**What we offer**

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
