Sales Administration Coordinator

**About Us**:
MBT Dubai is a leading provider of innovative solutions in HPL products, joinery, architectural finishes, and more. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Sales Administration Coordinator** to join our team. This role will support both our sales operations and office administrative functions, ensuring the smooth flow of communication and maintaining the efficiency of daily office tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients and coordination with suppliers.
- Keep all office shared sheets, reports, and sales documentation up to date.
- Maintain and organize office communications, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all staff.
- Follow up on pending quotations, providing timely updates to clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate all sales activities, ensuring smooth communication between sales and other departments.
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders and manage deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and invoices, ensuring timely collection and resolution of any issues.
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in office administration, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle office-related inquiries.
