Join Our Team as a Telesales Agent

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for real estate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? If so, we want you on our team Our reputable real estate company is seeking talented individuals to join us as Telesales Representatives.

As a Telesales Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, connecting with potential clients over the phone to promote our exciting real estate offerings. From luxury apartments to sprawling villas, you'll have access to a diverse portfolio of properties to showcase to our valued customers.

What you'll do:

- Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls to generate leads and appointments.
- Educate clients on our properties and services, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.

Languages: English and Hindi is Must**

Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Fixed Salary: AED 3500 - AED 4500 + Incentives**
