**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into memberships and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand potential members' fitness goals, preferences, and objectives, and recommend suitable membership options and additional services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the membership acquisition process.
- Stay up-to-date with our fitness programs, classes, facilities, and other offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and member retention.
- Maintain accurate and updated member records using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Support marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and campaigns, to increase brand awareness and attract new members.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with fitness center operations, membership models, and services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
