Infinity Fitness is a premier fitness center located in Ajman, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lives. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Actively engage with potential customers to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership packages and services.

Conduct product presentations and facility tours to showcase the features and benefits of our fitness center.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our memberships and services to drive sales conversions.

Proactively follow up with leads, inquiries, and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Continuously expand knowledge of fitness trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings to stay informed and effectively position our services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a proactive and energetic approach to sales.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales activities.

Passion for fitness and wellness, with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Valid driver's license is preferred.
