The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple food service establishments within a designated region. This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services across all units. The Multi-Unit Manager will work closely with individual store managers, and other stakeholders to achieve financial goals, maintain brand standards, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
**What You'll Do?**:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple food service units to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce operational best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, provide support, and address any issues.
Financial Management:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to meet revenue, profit, and expense targets for each unit.
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Staff Development and Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to ensure a high level of competence and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Customer Experience:
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through consistent service excellence and quality control.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer traffic and sales.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all units adhere to local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Conduct regular quality assessments to maintain product and service standards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement improvements based on quality feedback.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with store managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, and human resources, to achieve common goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance of assigned units.
**What Are We Looking For?**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a multi-unit management role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
