Business Development Account Manager

**Business Development Account Manager** (BDAM) will assist in the strategic development of CBS business when it comes to lead generation and acquisition of clients. This includes development of sales strategy related to selective service portfolio more points can be added at the discretion of the management.(see below bullet points) and working in full synergy and alignment with Marketing Team to achieve desired goals.
- Bookkeeping & accountancy
- VAT, Tax, UBO, ESR consultancy and Financial Auditing Business compliance
- Business setup solutions (free zone and mainland)
- Interim management services
Duties of the BDAM include responsibility for the overall management of all strategic sales activities and effective client relationship management and handling. Provide market feedback to the management regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate service development ideas and suggestions for better productivity and business efficiency. As a result BDAM aim is to increase company’s revenue through execution of the said strategy.
1. Develop and Manage sales pipeline
2. Work and co-ordinate with support teams to deliver sales proposals and presentations to the highest quality
3. Ensure that all sales offers/agreements follows Salesforce procedure and governance
4. Respond to enquiries, generate leads and engage in shaping opportunities with customers and turn to prospect customers
5. Assist in developing strategies and plans aligned to CBS/TCG strategies that will achieve short, medium and long-term profitable growth targets. This includes both scorecard for at a personnel level and department level.
6. Work with internal and external resources; undertake research and information findings related to local and federal government requirements to provide adequate services for established entities in the mainland and all free zones in UAE.
7. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for CBS to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year in line with the CBS/TCG Plan as amended from year to year.
8. Develop weekly and monthly reports reference opportunities, pipelines, etc.(MIS reporting)
9. Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, performance etc.
10. Keep abreast of market trends and new business opportunities and business regulations changes in UAE and the region.
11. Prequalify CBS in Government and Private companies/agencies when and if needed.
12. Establish Key Account management program
13. Participate towards product development which can be added to the department’s portfolio
14. Maintain database and information on opportunities, partners, clients in the Salesforce (CRM)
15. Enable market penetration in relevant functions by working with other departments and subsidiaries on developing an engagement strategy.
16. Engage with key Government stakeholders to foster relationship between TCG & government towards achieving business goals.
17. Develop and maintain applicable templates, and agreements for CBS business related to scoping and offerings.
18. Identify potential customers and investors for their needs, if related to other entities than CBS, will need to coordinate with other team members/businesses.(ex: Cross selling, upselling)
19. Undertake regular and formal reviews of business development activity benchmarking all actions against agreed plans and strategy, highlighting risks and issues appropriately and taking action to ensure that targets are achieved.( Maintain risk register)
20. Maintain robust network of business partners and turn them preferred parties to deal with them for sourcing new leads or outsourcing businesses to them.
**Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Arabic language or additional language is preferable
- sales skills including reporting skills
- In depth knowledge of customer base
- Specialist knowledge in contract models
- A good level of knowledge of commercial aspects of contracting
