**您將做的**
- 巡查酒店的所有區域，並協助客人進入房間
- 監控安全問題來源並進行每日物質危害檢查
- 應對事故並在緊急情況下協助客人/員工
- 消除對客人的干擾，並在必要時護送個人離開酒店
- 進行調查，收集證據，並促進與相關方的面談
- 完成所需的輪班報告並維護所有防損文件的機密性
