Position Overview: As a Tour Operator at Travelbeds, you will play a vital role in organizing and coordinating travel experiences for clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design and manage tour packages, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, and travel agents, to create memorable and enjoyable travel experiences for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
Tour Package Development:Create and develop innovative and attractive tour packages for different destinations, considering market trends and customer preferences.
Design itineraries that incorporate unique experiences, landmarks, activities, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
Collaborate with product development teams to identify and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers, ensuring the best value for customers.

Supplier Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, local guides, and activity providers.
Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of services.
Continuously evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers, ensuring quality standards and adherence to contractual agreements.

Operations and Logistics:Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of tour packages, including transportation arrangements, hotel bookings, activity reservations, and any additional services.
Manage all logístical arrangements, such as flight schedules, ground transportation, and transfers, to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.
Handle any necessary changes or modifications to itineraries, accommodations, or services during the course of a tour, providing timely and effective solutions to unexpected situations.

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable tour packages based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
Ensure that clients receive detailed and accurate pre-trip information, including travel documents, itineraries, and any relevant instructions.

Sales and Marketing Support:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages and generate new business opportunities.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, online content, and promotional campaigns, to effectively showcase tour packages.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and familiarization trips to build networks, promote services, and enhance product knowledge.

Financial Management:Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing for clients.
Conduct regular financial analysis, evaluating the cost-effectiveness of tour packages and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting related to tour operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience working as a Tour Operator or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of destination management, tour operations, and travel logistics.
- Strong understanding of the global travel market, including trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in travel industry software and reservation systems.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure.
