**Direct Sales Agent - Properties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in prospecting, lead generation, and networking to identify potential buyers for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings, presentations, and tours to showcase the features and benefits of the available properties.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the properties, including pricing, availability, and property details.
- Guide buyers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Negotiate and prepare sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with potential buyers to maintain relationships and secure repeat business or referrals.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about the local real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to offer suitable property options.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep clients updated on new property listings, market trends, and relevant information.

**Sales Performance**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Direct Sales Agent in the real estate industry (experience in property sales is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

**High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus) and All nationalities are welcome to apply.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
