Direct Sales Agent

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent to join our team. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.

Conduct engaging sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase products/services and address customer inquiries.

Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, handle objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress, and provide regular reports to management.

Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Adaptability and willingness to learn about our products/services and industry.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
