**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Team Members. As a QSR Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and upholding company standards. **Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive and welcoming experience.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the ordering system or POS terminal.

Assist customers in making menu selections and offer suggestions or upsell additional items.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Food Preparation**:
Prepare and assemble food items according to standardized recipes and procedures.

Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure that food is served fresh, hot, and in a timely manner.

Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize food wastage.

**Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS)**:
Operate the cash register or POS system to process customer payments accurately.

Handle cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions securely and in accordance with company policies.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.

**Cleaning and Sanitation**:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service areas.

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, utensils, and equipment.

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment.

Monitor and restock supplies, such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and cleaning supplies.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, providing assistance when needed.

Support fellow team members during peak times, assisting with food preparation, order taking, or other tasks.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service or food service environment is a plus but not required.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle high-pressure situations.

Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Willingness to follow instructions and company policies.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Food safety and hygiene certifications may be required depending on local regulations

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
