**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain and strengthen existing client connections
- Identify and seize new business opportunities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Source potential properties for sale or rent and promote them across various marketing platforms
- Conduct comparative market analyses to provide clients with valuable investment advice
- Forge strong relationships with developers, landlords, sellers, and buyers

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Proven sales track record
- Valid UAE driving license
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English & Arabic is an advantage

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)
