Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our company. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.
Real Estate Experance will be perrferred
**Job Duties**:
1. **Greet Visitors**: Welcome clients, guests, and employees as they arrive at the office with a warm and professional demeanor.
2. **Answer Phones**: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department and providing information as needed.
3. **Schedule Appointments**: Coordinate meetings and appointments, maintaining organized schedules for staff members.
- 5. **Maintain Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
6. **Assist with Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and photocopying documents
- 7. **Manage Office Supplies**: Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed, ensuring the office operates smoothly.
8. **Handle Customer Inquiries**: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, providing accurate information and assistance
- 9. **Coordinate Deliveries**: Receive and sign for packages and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the appropriate recipients. 10. **Assist with Special Projects**: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
