We are currently looking to hire Business Development Executive - HORECA Sales Executive from frozen food industry.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop a sales strategy focused on penetrating the HORECA market segment and increasing market share. This includes setting sales targets, identifying key accounts, and developing tactics to achieve sales objectives.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential HORECA customers within the designated territory through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build a pipeline of leads and opportunities for sales growth.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA customers while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings for HORECA customers to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of frozen food products. Highlight the convenience, cost-effectiveness, and culinary versatility of the product offerings.
- **Negotiation and Sales Closure**: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and volume discounts. Close sales deals and secure contracts with HORECA customers to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
- **Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments affecting the frozen food sector and the HORECA market segment. Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor strategies, and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- **Order Processing and Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery to HORECA customers. Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand fluctuations, and address any delivery issues or concerns.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track sales performance, monitor progress against targets, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and formulate actionable insights.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training, product knowledge, and sales support to HORECA customers and their staff to enhance product awareness, usage, and satisfaction. Offer promotional materials, marketing collateral, and merchandising support to drive sales and brand visibility.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards in all sales activities. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, customer interactions, and market feedback.

UAE experience in frozen food industry is a must.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
