About the Team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.
- Responsible for Procurement products' design, deployment and improvement, including but not limited to Marketplace, Procurement Platform, Resource Management System and other functional businesses;
- Develop and manage product strategy, roadmap, and goals for large cross-functional areas of procurement product; solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams;
- Define and analyze metrics, perform meticulous, retrospective, and prospective analysis of product performance;
- Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating market trends globally;
- Coordinate with and promote cooperative Product R&D teams based in China and English-speaking countries and collaborative team resources to promote the implementation of product solutions and ensure the progress of the project.
- Bachelor's degree and above, advantageous to have 3 years of product management experience at a technology company;
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and to reach challenging goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to promote collaborative success.
