**Key Responsibilities**_

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Provide visionary leadership to architectural teams, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
- Lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, maintaining adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Mentor and manage architectural teams, ensuring continuous professional development and a collaborative work environment.

**Project Oversight**:

- Take full responsibility for the architectural design, development, and coordination of projects from concept to completion.
- Develop, review, and approve innovative designs and concepts that comply with local regulations and international best practices.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on drawings, specifications, and construction documentation to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and codes and master development guidelines.
- Guide the preparation and submission of authority approvals and NOCs.

**Client Engagement**:

- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, present design solutions, and address concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Oversee compliance with all Dubai Municipality regulations, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and building codes.
- Ensure all designs, materials, and construction processes adhere to Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, JAFZA, DEWA, Green building codes and other relevant authorities' requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations, building codes, and technology to integrate innovative and compliant solutions.

**Innovation & Sustainability**:

- Drive innovation in design processes and implementation, incorporating cutting-edge technologies, materials, and sustainable practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, market demands, and sustainability initiatives to integrate best practices into projects.

**Quality Assurance & Risk Management**:

- Establish and enforce design quality standards, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed the required specifications.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, addressing issues before they affect project timelines or outcomes.

**Business Development**:

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and expand the firm’s portfolio.
- Lead technical presentations, proposals, and bid submissions to secure new projects.
- **Key Qualifications**_

**Education & Licensing**:

- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **5-10 years of experience** in architectural design and project management, specifically within the engineering sector in Dubai.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in Dubai.
- Demonstrated experience working with Dubai Municipality regulations and obtaining necessary approvals and permits.

**Licensing**:

- Unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM) license holder (Grade A) is a must.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools.
- Thorough understanding of DM regulations, Trakhees standards, and other UAE building codes and authority requirements.

**Leadership and Communication**:

- Strong leadership, and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of professionals.
- Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.

**Other Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to design challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability practices and green building certifications (e.g., Green Building. LEED, Estidama).
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Driving License**:

- Must hold a **valid UAE driving license.**
