One of the oldest and leading logistic service providers with operations in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe wanted to hire a Workshop Supervisor for their Dubai office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reviewing of Night Shift Mechanic Vehicle Complaints and Log-In Job Cards

Attending Tool Box Meetings, maintaining Non-Admin Attendance

Material Posting to Job Cards and checking, Vehicle Complaints management

Review Material Requisition, Delegation of job responsibilities.

Issue Gate Pass, work permits, PM servicing

Update and follow up for Spare Parts and job progress.

Follow Up of Workshop Floor Activities

NRT updating on Pending in Workshop for Repairs

Job Card Closing, updating, NRT closing

Review and Close Pending Job Cards

Verify materials and spares

Review repeated complaints

Odometer report - check with ORBITS

Prepare reports - as required by workshop manager

Outside vehicle job summary and costs verification

Fleet reporting, Cost verification

PM Plan Vs Actual Report

Cost / KM Report

Audit Documentation

Monthly Odometer Reading Information from Security / Yard / Operations.

Communicating and Arranging Technician for Vehicle Break Down.

Coordination with Operations team for vehicle movements.

Audit preparations.

Follow up for all Outsourced jobs.

Apart from the duties and responsibilities listed above, any other additional duties as advised by the management from time to time

**Education**:
ITI, Diploma or Engineering (Mechanical/automobile discipline preferred but not mandatory)

Exp: 5 - 7 years in similar role (Transport/Logistic industries)

**Salary: AED 6,500**

**Location: Fujairah**

**Bachelor’s accommodation will be provided.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- workshop supervising: 6 years (required)
- Odometer report preparation: 4 years (required)
