Our client a Multinational Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks to hire a General Manager Finance.

Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant - Be a key contributor to Business Expansion - Has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in MENA, Europe and US - Front end New subsidiary and branch set ups in different geographies - Be the contact point for Joint Venture partners - Drive the Financial Budgets as well as work towards achieving them - Maintain excellent relationships with Vendor & Customer - Has an eye for detail to be on top of Legal framework
- Internal & External - Oversee Immigration matters - Be able to delegate the Fin-Ops responsibilities to Finance Manager and at the same time remain abreast of Fin-Ops matters that require attention at management level - Should have been involved in fund raising - Experience in Managing Payment Gateway - Should have knowledge of recognizing, monetizing and over all treatment of Intellectual Property along with its releva nt compliances - Should be well versed with legal and statutory compliances including UBO, ESR, VAT, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Experience in business expansion
- Experience in M&A and joint Venture relationships - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience in analyzing financial statements and consolidations - Excellent spreadsheet (Excel) skills - Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills - Accuracy and details oriented - Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: AED6,530.62 - AED28,527.38 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
