Resale Agent Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
Manage seller transactions from first contact to purchase agreement, including property listing, showings, and coordinating marketing activities. Serve as the point of contact for sellers, ensuring a smooth process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service, making a positive impression in all interactions.
- Understand customer requirements to successfully close deals.
- Contact potential customers using scripts to inform them about market campaigns or services.
- Match Buyer’s and Tenant’s inquiries promptly.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and inbound interactions.
- Handle customer complaints and strive to exceed sales targets.
- Function as part of the team with enthusiasm.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, adhering to PSI code of conduct.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and schedule site visits.
- Accompany buyers during property visits, offering advice on suitability and value.
- Maintain SLA for response time and follow up with clients.
- Conduct outbound calls for listing purposes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide referrals and ensure outbound calls for the assigned project.
- Update customer information and collect accurate property details.
- Update sales listings regularly, removing expired units.
- Check and validate listed properties monthly.
- Transact units on the system with proper documentation.
- Prepare market price comparison sheets.
- Lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives within the role.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years proven experience in telesales or other sales/customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CRM software, strong communication skills, good English proficiency, ability to handle rejection, and proven negotiation skills.

- Driver's license with a car.
- Smart and well-groomed appearance.
- Good English skills.
