Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located Barsha Dubai for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, staff management, financial performance, and sales and marketing. They will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, ensure high levels of customer service, and maintain brand standards. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in financial management and budgeting Knowledge of sales and marketing principlesAbility to manage and motivate a diverse team Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field Certification in hotel management is a plus.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- General Manager: 5 years (required)
- Hilton: 1 year (preferred)
