**Royal Joinery** has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

We are recruiting **2** Estimators (Joinery and Fit-out)** to join our exceptional team in **Royal Joinery **to secure a potentially profitable work stream for the business by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to our customers, and meet the company's requirements. **In this role you will have the opportunity to **discover
new prospects /clients and projects. You will also be the ambassador of our company.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure all aspects of the project have been included.
- Analyze drawings, prepare BOQ with specifications.
- Prepare the estimation with detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposal, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
- Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues
- Visiting sites to gather information needed.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)
- Must have successfully completed major projects with reputable clients
- Minimum of 5 work experience in joinery / fit out in a well-established organization in a similar position (at least 2 years of it in UAE).
