Our team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Sales Associate to join our team.
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales with prior experience of working with a Real Estate Developer in the UAE**_

Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience

**Key Responsibilities**:
Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities in the market

Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and brokers

Negotiate and close deals with clients and brokers

Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients

Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns

Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and promote the company
