**About the Role**:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Colleague Residences Manager to join our team at our ultra-luxury 5* Resort, One&Only One Za'abeel
In this role you will be responsible for the Colleague Residences and welfare of up to 1,300 colleagues. Responsibilities will include colleague welfare, arrival welcomes, room allocations, coordinating the daily transport, meals, linen, laundry and cleaning requirements and above all ensuring that we are managing all Colleagues requirements in providing them Quality of Life at the Colleague Residences.
We are looking for a professional who is best in the business to manage and oversee our Colleague Residences You will need to be dynamic, empathetic, creative, and commercially astute with exceptional organisation and leadership skills. You will display confidence and conviction in your abilities and interactions with colleagues, whilst maintaining empathy and understanding. This is a critical role within our resort team to ensure our colleagues are treated with the utmost of care, consideration and an uncompromised standard of living.
