About the Role

As the Office Executive at Atlantis The Royal Residences, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient functioning of the residences' administrative operations. Working under the guidance of the Director of Residences, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office processes, and facilitating effective communication within the team. Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and dedication to delivering exceptional service will contribute to the smooth operation of the office and the overall success of Atlantis The Royal Residences.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Residences, including calendar management, correspondence handling, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing and managing office operations, systems, and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and effectively communicating information within the team.
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing events, meetings, and special projects within the Residences department.

About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a luxury hospitality or residential setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanor when engaging with colleagues and residents alike.
- A motivated and adaptable team player, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of excellence.
