About the role

We are currently seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator - Trade and Export to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the order fulfilment process, requiring effective coordination internally and externally. Working closely with various teams including sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer service, you will ensure seamless coordination to achieve successful delivery outcomes.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will take charge of customer orders in the back office, communicating efficiently with operational departments to facilitate timely delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating and arranging order deliveries on a daily basis, alongside managing documentation for all deliveries. Collaborating with logistics partners, you will optimize transportation costs and minimize lead times, promptly resolving any supply chain disruptions to prevent delays. Additionally, you will maintain regular communication with customers regarding order readiness and delivery schedules, manage statement of accounts, and oversee payment follow-ups. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies as necessary.
