We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. As a Software Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge software solutions to prospective clients. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by establishing strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads:

- Identify and research potential customers in the target market.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine sales potential.

Conduct Product Presentations:

- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients.
- Showcase the features and benefits of the software to address customer pain points.
- Customize product presentations based on customer requirements and industry verticals.

Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Negotiate and Close Sales:

- Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful deal closure.

Meet and Exceed Sales Targets:

- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline and take proactive measures to accelerate sales cycle.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Continuously update product knowledge and participate in training programs.
- Share feedback and insights from the field to contribute to product enhancements.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Engage with the customer support team to address customer concerns or issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in software sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
