**Job Title**: Admin cum HR
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and organized.
- _**Human Resources Support**:_
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee contracts and personnel files.
- Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures to promote a safe and inclusive work environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative roles with exposure to HR functions in a real estate company is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
