**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Posting of Expenses**: Accurately record all company expenses and transactions on a daily basis.
- **Bookkeeping**: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
- **Petty Cash Management**: Handle petty cash, including disbursements and reconciliation, ensuring all expenses are properly recorded and accounted for.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and report on the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for day-to-day operations.
- **P&L Reporting**: Take full ownership of the P&L reporting process, including preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- **Assist with Month-End and Year-End Closures**: Support the finance team in month-end and year-end financial closures and audits.
- **General Administrative Support**: Provide additional administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and managing financial documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero, Books as well as and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be available to start immediately.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
