We are looking for a skilled Finance Assistant to assist with financial and administrative tasks within our finance department. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the finance team as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including preparing financial statements and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide support to the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
