**Role Overview**:
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of our financial information, and leading financial planning and strategy. Your expertise in ERP systems and project controlling will be crucial as we seek to optimize our financial processes and project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, report variances, and prepare financial statements.
- Implement and manage financial ERP systems to ensure they are leveraged to their full capabilities, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Lead the financial aspect of project management, ensuring rigorous budgeting, tracking, and financial analysis of projects to optimize profitability and resource use.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and prepare for audits by external entities.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and plans that align with company goals.
- Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, with a minimum of 3 years in a finance role, including extensive experience with ERP systems and project controlling.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills, particularly with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Outstanding leadership ability, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of initiative and independence.
