Graduate Trainee

**Job Purpose**:
The PBAs are the prime contact points for branch customers for service as well as sales. In addition to resolving customer requests on service, PBAs are responsible for assessing banking and investment needs of customers and advise suitable products. PBAs are the main drivers of sales through our branch network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide speedy resolution to customer needs and requests.
- Advise customers on bank’s products and processes.
- Advise suitable products to walk-in customers.
- Convert maximum customer interactions into successful sales.
- Advise suitable products to existing customers to deepen relationship.
- Increase products per customer.
- Minimize discrepancies (under permissible limits)
- Comply with relevant processes, procedures, and controls.
