**About the Role**

nybl is not for everyone and everyone is not for nybl. This hugely important role of Unicorn Hunter / Expert Recruiter has the responsibility of finding superstar future nyblers using every tool and resource available. We place an enormous value on mindset and culture fit before skillset; simply because we can teach skills but mindset is innate. If you are a great judge of character and have an analytical mindset then you will thrive in this role. We don’t do micromanagement so expect to be empowered to do your best work and be independently in charge of vacancies and planning strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

**What you'll do**
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

**The skills you'll need**
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or agency experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Whilst a degree would be useful we place far more value in mindset and track record
