Field Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new clients and generating leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and concierge services
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships
- Represent MKV Luxury Car Rental at industry events and trade shows, networking with potential clients and partners
- **Account Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Proactively manage client relationships, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury car rental industry
- Gather and analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activity
- **Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and achieve common goals
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury automotive or hospitality industry
- **Skills**:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with a car and clean driving record
**Working Hours**:
- The position may require working evenings and weekends to attend industry events and meet with clients
**Compensation**:
- Monthly Salary of AED 6000 plus commission
